13. What are you still holding onto that you know you need to let go of?

14. What conversation have you been avoiding, and why?

15. What belief about yourself did someone else give you that you never questioned?

16. What emotion do you find hardest to express?

17. When was the last time you cried, and what were you really crying about?

18. What pattern keeps repeating in your relationships?

19. What are you afraid people will find out about you?

20. What expectation are you carrying that is not actually yours?

21. What do you do when you are overwhelmed that helps in the moment but hurts in the long run?

22. What is the most honest thing you have never said to someone you love?

23. What wound from your childhood still shows up in your adult life?

24. What are you overcompensating for?

25. What would you do differently if you were not afraid of being judged?

26. What have you forgiven someone for out loud but not actually let go of inside?

Deep: What You Avoid

29. What are you using to numb the thing you do not want to feel?

Core: Who You Really Are

40. Who are you when absolutely no one is watching?

41. What do you dream about that you have never told anyone?

42. What would you do with your life if money, approval, and fear were removed from the equation?

43. What kind of life would make you feel truly alive, not just comfortable?

44. What do you keep coming back to, no matter how many times you try to walk away from it?

45. What does your gut tell you that your mind keeps overruling?

46. If you could live one day with complete honesty, no filter, no performance, what would change?

47. What part of you has been waiting the longest to be seen?

48. What would you want someone to say at your funeral that they could not honestly say today?
